Jason Cornwell is one of the most sought after names in the Reality Television casting arena. Having begun his reality career in 1997 as a cast member on MTV’s The Real World: Boston, he quickly made the transition to working behind the scenes the following year as an Associate Casting Director for The Real World: Hawaii. Over the last 15 years, Jason has helped networks and production companies successfully cast over 100 shows.

From Discovery Channels new series Unchained Reaction, to SyFys currently airing Collection Intervention, to most recently VH1s fourth season of Tough Love New Orleans and the sixth season of Millionaire Matchmaker, Jason has had the opportunity to supervise casting teams in almost every genre of reality television. With over 8 shows airing in 2012, Cornwell Casting has helped production companies take ideas from concept to series successfully many times over. Damon Collazo - Casting Director - Partner
Damon Collazo has been involved in the entertainment industry for over two decades. He began his career as an actor (The Patriot, Walker, Texas Ranger) and moved over the production side in 2004, bringing his talents to the world of unscripted casting. Since then, Damon has quickly risen as one of the top reality casting producers in the business and has cast everything from the CWs Beauty and the Geek and VH1s Tough Love Seasons 1, 3 and 4, to Discovery Channels Unchained Reactions and most recently Spikes soon to air, Car Lot Cowboy. Damon grew up in Texas and attended the University of Texas as Austin with a B.A. in English.
Tony Miros - Casting Director - Partner
Tonys impressive career in Reality TV began at Bunim-Murray Production - where he worked as a Casting Coordinator/Associate on several of the companys most successful shows including The Real World (Denver, Sydney, and Hollywood), Road Rules: Viewers Revenge, and Americas Psychic Challenge. Since then he has worked for several other networks and production companies including MTVs Im With Rolling Stone and Bravos award-winning Project Runway. Tonys most recent credits include Casting Director for VH1s Tough Love Miami and Secrets of Aspen, Casting Director for ABC Familys Beverly Hills Nannies, and Casting Producer for the Travel Channels Baggage Battles. He is also Senior Casting Director (as well as featured on-screen talent) for VH1s Tough Love New Orleans.
